(i love generalizations. generally.) i take issue with people who speak on my behalf without my consent. if it offends an individual woman, fine. she should feel free to say that it offends her. but when that woman instead decides to go spouting about how it offends all women everywhere ever in the history of everness, that’s when i take issue. sidenote: i don’t really see it as a counter quote, as they don’t necessarily have to oppose one another. both accurately describe how i dress. i dress for myself by selecting particular items i like, enjoy, and want to wear. i dress for boys by choosing items which will flatter me and by putting them together in such a way as to draw the attention of boys. the attention of boys then makes me feel better about myself. shallow, totally, but i don’t give a fuck so long as it works. (i have no problem admitting that old insecurities have given me attention-whore tendencies.) i also have no problem admitting that i am (as a chick) one of the bitchiest cunts ever. seems to go with the territory. /clarification
